The 750-seat lyric theatre features an orchestra shell and serves community as well as campus artists.

The 225-seat recital hall provides a simple but acoustically premium venue for smaller ensembles. Adjustable acoustical curtains behind the upstage wall serve to modify the room's reverberance.

The building features a range of music rehearsal facilities, including a large ensemble studio, recording studio, keyboard lab and a suite of practice rooms.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
