Hotel Born (Interiors)
We designed this distinctive mixed-use development, including Hotel Born, to anchor Denver's revitalized Union Station transit hub, collaborating with BOKA Powell as Architect of Record. The award-winning complex seamlessly integrates a 4-star Kimpton hotel featuring 200 custom guest rooms and 20 suites with 9,000 square feet of versatile meeting spaces. Our design connects Denver's industrial heritage with contemporary luxury through thoughtful material selection and spatial planning. The project also includes two signature restaurants—Tavernetta and Citizen Rail—which we both designed. along with a 200-space parking garage. This project has been recognized with LEED Silver certification. The hotel now operates as Limelight Denver.

Nothing detracts or irritates. From herringbone walnut floors to towering custom wood and steel shades to board-formed concrete, everything was done with intention. The proportion, scale, and materiality reveal a legacy project designed to endure.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
