Continuum Partners

Continuum Partner’s new office is situated on the 5th floor of their newly developed office building, hotel and mixed-use project overlooking the train platform at Union Station. The location was ideal for their team because it gave them the opportunity to be a part of the project they developed and central to the transformation of downtown they have helped create. Continuum’s office is a blend of private and open work spaces.

Acoustics and speech privacy was important to the culture of the office so special attention was given to the glass systems surrounding the conference rooms and custom acoustic walls line the interior and ceiling of the open work spaces.

Crisp white walls and ceiling with carefully considered lighting, both highlight the extensive local artwork collection and project natural light into the most interior spaces. Full height glass partitions at the private offices also allows light to travel into the space. In addition it allows continuous views out through the large perimeter glass walls that overlook the train station in one direction and mountain views at the other.

The adjacency of the entry, conference spaces, kitchen and outdoor patio allow the space to transform into an ideal setting for large meetings and community events. This connection exemplifies the Denver culture to have a connection to the outdoors and views of the mountains.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
