This Boulder-based marketing consulting firm specializes in clients from the food and beverage sectors. Sterling Rice selected Semple Brown Design on the basis of SBD’s combined experience with creative workspace and restaurant projects. The phased renovation reinvented 40,000 sf of office space over two floors The new space combines individual office areas, flexible meeting and collaboration spaces for employees. A community-focused ground floor area is used for client brainstorming (complete with demonstration kitchen) as well as community events.
Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
