Vestar Capital Partners
This warm but professional office space was built to meet the needs of both Vestar Capital and the Colorado Impact Fund. The main conference room, collaborative work areas and circulation spaces throughout were designed to allow the space to remain flexible for day to day operations and for large group events to host conversations around fund raising, education, and entrepreneurial efforts. The long linear steel box form within the larger office space signifies the separate identity of the offices and individuals associated with the Colorado Impact Fund. This sense of a space within a space allows for delineation between the two entities, while the adjacent open work spaces allow for that line to be somewhat softened. The clean timeless design lends itself to the clients rotating art exhibits of emerging Colorado artists.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
