Cabarita House
Cabarita House is a boutique hostel nestled in the vibrant Five Points neighborhood, adjacent to downtown Denver, and conveniently located along the RTD Light Rail L Line. Offering high-quality private and shared accommodations, the project provides 10 private micro-guest rooms at Level 2, and 76 bunks distributed over 6 bunkrooms on Levels 3 and 4. Level 5 hosts a rooftop bar, open to the public, with impressive views of the downtown Denver skyline and the mountains beyond.
The ground level provides retail space facing both of it’s fronting streets. The project harmoniously blends the contextual use of brick and a playful introduction of glass block.

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
