The Magnolia Hotel

In the heart of New Orleans' vibrant downtown, we transformed a historic gem at 535 Gravier Street into the distinctive Magnolia Hotel. Working closely with Stout Street Hospitality, we reimagined this architectural treasure through comprehensive exterior and interior renovations that honor its rich heritage while meeting modern hospitality demands. The project presented a delicate balance—preserving the building's historic character while creating spaces that feel contemporary and inviting. Through thoughtful design interventions, we crafted 99 unique guest rooms and reimagined the lobby and restaurant to capture the authentic spirit of New Orleans.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
