Hangar 2

This new neighborhood dining district sits adjacent to an historic Air Force hangar, converting an expanse of surface parking into an inviting hub of activity for the surrounding community. This mixed-use project includes two new buildings, each of which features two distinct restaurants. All modifications on the Hangar 2 site were subject to review and approval by Denver’s Landmark Preservation Commission. In 2015, Hangar 2 received an Innovation Award as part of the Urban Land Institute’s Colorado Impact Awards.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
