Denver Pavilions

Semple Brown was brought on board by new owners to transform the public realm of this 347,000 square foot outdoor entertainment, dining, and shopping center. By completely re-thinking the pedestrian experience, the strategic changes make stores more visible, the public area more inviting and the entire complex more vibrant. The entire two-block ground plan is animated with new color, turning the bland monolith into a sophisticated checkerboard of earth tone browns and beiges.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
