Hurley on the Platte (phase one)
Hurley Place is a dynamic multi-phase mixed-use development located in the vibrant RiNo Art District along the South Platte River with sweeping Front Range views. Serving as the western gateway to RiNo, this transformative project is dedicated to revitalizing the riverfront and connecting with critical pedestrian corridors including Arkins Promenade. The development will serve as a destination for north Denver and the Five Points neighborhood, embracing the river as the front door and becoming a "place for all."

The Hurley Place Residential Tower includes 202 residential units, with Affordable units on site, amenity space overlooking Delgany St, and a large Fitness center and outdoor amenity deck at level 5. The brick and metal façade speaks to the character of RiNo while remaining timeless. Above grade parking is wrapped by residential amenity and retail space to provide an active street façade, while creating dramatic double height spaces. Units range from studio to two-bedroom with a variety of balcony options to enjoy morning coffee. The amenity space at Level 2 is a double height space that includes a shared kitchen, co-working space, and lounge for residents to both relax or entertain. The Fitness center at level 5 opens up to the amenity deck and views to the mountains. The pool and lounge space on the deck provides residents a place to enjoy the Denver sunsets.

The “37th Mews” was generated when the team realized an open, pedestrian connection across the site was crucial to break up the long blocks and street frontage along Chestnut Pl and Delgany St. Repositioning the buildings to run perpendicular to the streets not only provides this ground level pedestrian connection, but also opens the view corridor for both towers and provides daylight to the mews. The mews serves as a public connection across the site as well as spill out space for the retail and food & beverage spaces that line it.

There is a significant elevation change between Delgany and Chestnut, so the mews contains levels that gently step down towards the river, creating a dynamic space. In the Riverfront Phase, this will align with the open plaza and provide a connection to the Arkins Promenade and South Platte River.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
