The Larkridge Theatre
This 32,000-square-foot, 900-seat theater and concert venue in Thornton, is designed “in the round” and will host Broadway-style musicals, plays, concerts and other entertainment events.
The proposed theatre incorporates several distinctive design features that enhance both the audience experience and production capabilities. The design includes an upper-level indoor and outdoor lobby strategically positioned to capitalize on the spectacular views of the Front Range, creating a memorable pre-show environment. At its core, the 800-900-seat arena configuration for theatre and concert performances delivers exceptional intimacy and an immersive experience for attendees. Production versatility is ensured through extensive support spaces both below and above the stage, providing the technical infrastructure necessary for comprehensive scenic flexibility throughout a variety of performance types.
