Sunset Drive
With expected completions in late 2025, this project includes heavy renovation of nearly 7,000sf, new additions, including an accessory poolhouse, adding another 6,500sf. Semple Brown is providing the Architecture scope, leading the site master planning, and coordinating with the Owner, Interior Designer, the Contractor, and Consultants on the phased completion of this nearly 13,000 sf “domestic campus.” This project was done in collaboration with Studio D Design.
Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
