Denver Union Station Block A Mixed Use project

Semple Brown designed this new mixed-use project adjacent to Denver Union Station to anchor one end of Denver’s new transit hub. The project includes a new 65,000 square foot office building, a 4-star full service hotel for Kimpton and a parking garage with 200 spaces. The Hotel features 200 custom guest rooms, 20 suites and 9000 sf of ballroom, meeting and board room spaces, which are shared with the office building. Featured within the complex are two restaurants, and corporate offices for Continuum Partners also designed by Semple Brown.

Semple Brown led the urban planning, architecture, as well as the interiors of the hotel and both restaurants, and our new headquarters space. We are thrilled with every element.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
