Laramie County Community College Fine Arts Renovation & Expansion

Semple Brown first programmed a fine arts facility at LCCC in 2005, with subsequent updates for different building sites. The final project, which was completed in April of 2021, renovated the West wing of the Fine Arts building (unrenovated since its original construction in 1981) and added a new 400-seat auditorium to provide the campus with its first purpose-built performance venue. Programming was completed in 2017, and design was fast-tracked starting in late 2018 to allow construction to begin in the summer of 2019.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
