The Kitchen Fort Collins

The Kitchen Fort Collins continued our longstanding collaboration with visionaries Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson, extending their celebrated restaurant concept beyond its Boulder origins. When they approached us to translate their "home kitchen" philosophy to Fort Collins, we embraced the challenge of creating a space that balances communal warmth with culinary excellence. The project demanded a design that would honor the honest, approachable ethos that defines The Kitchen brand while responding to a unique location. Working within an existing building, we sought to craft an environment where conversation flows as naturally as the thoughtfully designed spaces.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
