Cho77
Nestled in the heart of Denver, Cho77 presented us with an intriguing design challenge: create an environment that captures the vibrant energy of Southeast Asian street food within a refined urban setting. The restaurant, part of the acclaimed ChoLon Concepts group, required a space that would complement its sister restaurant LeRoux while maintaining its own distinct identity. We embraced the opportunity to translate the sensory richness of Thai food stalls, Vietnamese street carts, and Singaporean hawker centers into a contemporary dining experience that balances authenticity with modern sophistication.

Intricately patterned black and white wallpaper evokes traditional Asian textiles, creating visual richness without overwhelming the space. The warm wood slatted ceiling draws the eye upward, adding textural depth, dimensional interest and warmth.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
