Hill’s Kitchen

Hill’s Kitchen is one of three new restaurants designed by Semple Brown for the Utah-based Leave Room for Dessert Eateries. The other restaurants focus on lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, without capacity for large off-site catered events. A catering kitchen was a natural next step. This 2,600 sq ft space is just steps from Hearth and Hill providing expanded catering options for up to 500, and rooted in the core values of sourcing locally and sustainability. The cafe features a 29-seat storefront for convenient and tasty grab-and-go options, as well as specialty coffee and other beverage choices, for breakfast and lunch.

[Semple Brown’s] culture of collaboration makes the process enjoyable, not just for us as clients but as importantly for the myriad trades, vendors and others involved in these projects.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
