The design centers on Broadway 10’s culinary theater. A linear open kitchen puts the craft of dry-aged meats grilled over a wood-burning hearth on full display, with stacked wood cords integrated as an architectural element that reinforces the ritual of fire and flame. Across the space, a glass-enclosed wine room acts as both visual anchor and social magnet, showcasing an extensive collection and elevating the dining experience.

A series of thoughtfully scaled zones create a variety of moods, from intimate private dining rooms and quiet white-tablecloth seating for date nights, to a vibrant bar for sports viewing and refined leather booths suited for business gatherings. Inspired by the original Oklahoma City location, the palette balances contemporary lines with warmth—rich walnut millwork, layered leather upholstery, and elevated, atmospheric lighting—crafting a sophisticated chophouse that feels both timeless and distinctly Denver.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
