The Pizzeria Locale quick-serve restaurant concept uses the interior space to express the client’s meticulous attention to preparation and quality, and to highlight the unique nature of the pizza-assembly process. Each patron’s path through the restaurant follows the pizza itself, starting with the enclosed and humidified dough-preparation room and ending with the custom rotating pizza oven that cooks each individual pizza in two minutes. The classic palette of black and white tile, marble, stained wood and custom lighting elevates the environment above typical quick-serve expectations to match the quality of the ingredients and the care of the preparation.

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
