Frasca Food & Wine
Semple Brown designed this restaurant from the inspiring landscape of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy, delivering a space with a sense of warmth, belonging, and celebration. A heavy leather curtain protects the entry way, allowing the interior to remain warm and establishing a dramatic unveiling of the space for arriving patrons. The dining area combines intimacy with elegance. Anchored with a rustic wooden table, the space is kept modern by the sleek bar designed for casual dining. The glass-lined wine storage provides visual texture hovering above the crisp tables. The result is a neighborhood restaurant that embraces patrons at any time of day for an honest and delicious meal.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
