K + K Poolhouse
This composition of building, pool, and landscape complements a historic landmark Denver home. Semple Brown worked to integrate these three elements as seamlessly as possible to provide the client with indoor and outdoor space for exercise and entertaining. The glazing of the structure and the surface of the pool both mirror the sky and landscape; the interior finishes flow out into the exterior spaces, minimizing the distinction between indoors and out. The end result provides the client with many layers of function without competing with the historic home.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
