Cataract Ranch

This single-family residence is located on 36 acres within the former Cataract Creek Ranch. The siting of the home directly responds to its surrounding natural environment and to the 360-degree views of aspens, meadows, and the mountains. The house nestles up against a large forest of aspens with the main room floating on a sea of sagebrush; the deck and the windows take advantage of the contrasting views of rolling ranchland meadows and the dramatic Gore Range. The plan is organized around hospitality, with a flexible social zone and sleeping rooms stacked in the tower.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
