Williams Ridge

The William’s Ridge Residence is a result of a highly collaborative process with an intensely involved Owner. The home is situated in a beautiful 39-acre swath of privately held nature preserve. In the foothills of Colorado’s Front Range, it is encircled by sweeping views of the rolling mountains. Semple Brown and the Owner worked diligently to locate the home in the precise “sweet spot” of the site. The arrival sequence was carefully choreographed to provide an elegant and subtle discovery in the site. The Owner desired a highly modern, elegant home set within the rugged landscape, so the House “rides the ridge” along the saddle of the landform. The home provides a modern and refined base from which to interact with the raw natural beauty of the Colorado wilderness.

The stunning views were carefully framed through large windows around the home. The house opens itself broadly to the views and favorable solar orientation to the South; the more solid North face frames individual views of landforms with special character and meaning.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
