Evanston Residence
This home is designed to take advantage of its deep lot—creating extensive private outdoor space and preserving as many mature trees as possible. The main living space and master suite are both oriented toward the pool and outdoor living areas.

The client was inspired by Prairie Style Architecture to incorporate hipped roofs and horizontal gestures. Throughout, this project has exposed timber beams, local stone, and wood detailing that generate warm textures and help ground the project in its region and history—with a clean and modern sensibility.

For entertainment purposes, the main living space can fully open to the outdoors, with folding glass walls and roll-down insect screens. For less temperate months, an air-conditioned enclosed porch provides comfortable space on warm Tulsa evenings.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
