Kerr Residence
This Cherry Hills Village home is situated among the idyllic surroundings of horse farms and a historic golf course. The client requested that their new home be infused with some of the characteristics they enjoyed while living in the Lone Star State, yet take advantage of Colorado’s highly appealing indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The end result is a carefully organized floor plan designed to enhance access to porches and expansive views of the surrounding landscape and mature trees.

The space is divided into public and private zones, linked together by a daylight-infused hallway and foyer that simultaneously reveal glimpses of the home’s sculptural stair and gardens outside.

Deep overhangs and oversized glass windows and doors allow for various degrees of alfresco activities and the hosting of family and friends throughout every season.

Simplicity at Every Turn
Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
