Grove Street Condos

The goal was to create a contemporary residential set ting in an older urban neighborhood, adjacent to the Witter and Cofield historic district. 2501 Grove Street is a complex created on the historic footprint of the Romanesque St. Dominic’s Church and School, built in 1890.

The team incorporated several design/architectural features at 2501 Grove Street to both retain its historic feel and give the complex new vitality.

In total there are thirteen residences, six units on the renovated main floor feature 12-foot ceilings and exposed-brick walls. Upper story flats, of new construction, include 18-foot vaulted ceilings, mezzanines and generous roof top decks. In first floor flats, doors lead to individual patios, all of which flow into a secure, communal, landscaped courtyard.

Simplicity at Every Turn

Embracing an inclusive ethos, Hurley Place positions itself with the river as its focal point, inviting diverse communities and fostering economic vibrancy. The Riverfront development is comprised of two residential towers, a hotel tower, and an expansive central open space connecting to the river. This central connector is flanked by food & beverage and retail establishments and serves as both a connection to the Promenade but also a gathering space for the community.
