The office tower in Hurley Place Phase 1 includes 300,000 sf of Class A office space above ground floor retail at Chestnut Pl, the 37^th Mews, and Delgany St.  The lobby stretches toward Chestnut Pl and is connected via social stair to the level two conference space. A roof deck overlooks the South Platte River and 37^th Mews below and will provide tenants both a space to work or relax. The curtainwall façade alternates between glass and metal panel, with proportions that react to the surrounding context of RiNo while providing uninterrupted views for tenants.
