The Westin Hotel is to be located in Greenwood Village, east of I-25 and just north of Yosemite. Semple Brown is working as interior designer for all hotel managed public spaces and guestrooms. This hotel is a 6 story 175,000 square foot building and will feature a custom designed lobby, restaurant/bar, and 10,000 square feet of meeting spaces. The guest tower is comprised of 203 guestrooms complete with 1 bedroom suites and mountain views. All public areas have been designed for an open and engaging atmosphere and allows for the restaurant and bar to spill into the lobby space.
