Semple Brown was tasked with the goal of creating an approachable pedestrian scale ground floor lobby experience for this new high rise residential project in Cherry Creek. Our approach was to soften the entry and ground floor storefront and to create a comfortable, activated social space with a residential feel. A place for residents to relax—a place to gather and call home. Upon entry, steel windows picture frame a view of the fireplace—the hearth of the home. Decorative fixtures and lowered ceilings drop over seating areas to create intimate, conversational spaces. The warm grey paneled walls paired with an eclectic assortment of rugs and décor blends traditional and contemporary aesthetic in an elegant and welcoming way. The lobby captures the essence of being at home in an urban shared living space.
