Semple Brown Design has served this national law firm with two fully designed spaces in the Denver market. Our most recent project consisted of an office relocation and provided the opportunity to combine the firm’s space onto a single level. Our analysis of the client’s work flow and functional efficiencies led to a new office module designed for easy future modification with minimal renovation, and more space devoted to break-out meeting spaces; these include both closed conference rooms with state-of-the-art teleconferencing and casual touch-down spaces with tablet-arm lounge furniture. The design team created space arrangements that promote efficiency in space utilization and provide a direct circulation path for employees to physically move through the space to interact.
