With expected completions in late 2025, this project includes heavy renovation of nearly 7,000sf, new additions, including an accessory poolhouse, adding another 6,500sf. Semple Brown is providing the Architecture scope, leading the site master planning, and coordinating with the Interior Designer / Owner, the Contractor, and Consultants on the phased completion of this nearly 13,000 sf “domestic campus.”
