This home is the first in a new luxury single family development near Denver’s Cherry Creek North: Cedar Cherry Creek. Semple Brown participated in developing the Design Guidelines for the development, as well as the initial visualizing of the homes for real estate marketing efforts. The Polzin residence, as the first of eight home sites to be purchased, was design by Semple Brown. Construction is complete, with final photography pending later this year.
