Semple Brown recently completed the Top of the East at Westin Portland Harborview. With floor to ceiling windows, the design focus was to enhance the panoramic views of Portland and Casco Bay from Portland’s only rooftop bar. The feel is upscale and sophisticated, yet approachable for the lounge, bar, and seating areas. The project was designed to be cozy and comfortable, and as a destination for tourist and locals alike.
