Euclid Hall Bar + Kitchen is Semple Brown’s latest chef-driven restaurant in one of Denver’s premier dining districts, historic Larimer Square. The 1883 building is located around the corner from the primary streetscape – making it all the more important to change the public perception of the space. The design transformed the dark, cave-like space into multiple levels of warmth and openness. The space uses straightforward materials and construction details in imaginative ways to give the space its originality and in-keeping with the chef’s artistic use of simple ingredients in her dishes.
