Semple Brown worked with Squeaky Bean owners to create a new iteration of the Bean in 2012, their goal was for the bean to “grow up” from their original small quirky home in the Highlands. In lower downtown Denver they found a new home in the beautifully renovated historic Saddlery Building. Semple brown helped the Squeaky Bean reinvent themselves with a fully functioning exhibition kitchen and lively island bar.
