Semple Brown was commissioned to rehabilitate this 1920s International Style home, which had been the victim of multiple additions and alterations. Exterior openings were simplified, organized and in some cases modified to better relate to the interior plan. Connections to exterior patios and views were enhanced. Finishes were completely updated, and custom designed steel sash doors and windows were installed throughout.
