Chipotle’s Cultivate Center (near their corporate headquarters in Newport) is home to its official test kitchen. In addition to office work spaces, the facility has amenities like cameras above cooking equipment to facilitate live demonstrations to field operators for training, as well as places where chefs can serve their new culinary creations to focus groups for feedback. The lobby features a few installations of Chipotle’s logo, including a giant pepper statue made out of tractor parts. As a nod to their history, notice the sign from the original Chipotle that opened in Denver in 1993.
