Sterling Rice selected Semple Brown Design on the basis of SBD’s combined experience with creative workspace and restaurant projects. The phased renovation reinvented 40,000 sf of office space over two floors The new space combines individual office areas, flexible meeting and collaboration spaces for employees. A community-focused ground floor area is used for client brainstorming (complete with demonstration kitchen) as well as community events.
